Saturday, December 24 will be our official last day of classes.  Single Classes and Class Packs will be available for purchase through December 24th, however, please note that all Class Packs will expire on 12/24/22.

For Virtual Classes Interested in a particular class or teacher but won’t be able to make it to class?  We’ll be sending recordings of each session out to participants within 24 hours after class.  Make sure you register beforehand, so we can make sure you are sent the recording.  All recordings will expire after 48 hours.

Fundamentals

These classes are for absolute beginners, practitioners with physical restrictions, and those with more experience who want to work at a basic level to reinforce their foundation.

Emphasis on fundamental asana (poses)

Intermediate

These classes are for those familiar with asana and transitions commonly used in basic vinyasa or flow-style classes who are looking to increase their proficiency and clarity at an intermediate level.

Advanced

These classes are for students who are already comfortable with asana and transitions, and who are prepared to challenge the fitness and strength aspect of the practice as well as delve into the more subtle aspects of a yoga practice.

Explore asana that require more availability in the body

Refine control of breath to support asana

Develop more subtle body awareness and alignment

Increasing use of bandhas and pranayama

Yin

These classes are for all levels of student who are seeking a more meditative practice.  Yin classes target the connective tissues through long-held poses and use TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) meridian philosophy and the yogic chakra system.

Prenatal

These classes prepare pregnant people for labor and delivery through postures, breathing exercises and relaxation.  The class focuses on a gentle flow of movement to increase your overall strength and flexibility with modifications to accommodate the various stages of pregnancy.

Postnatal

These classes are oriented to the special needs of new postpartum parents. The Postnatal practice focuses on helping to restore alignment and tone and provide relief from lifting, carrying, and nursing.

Tones pelvic floor muscles and core

Fosters a sense of self-nurturing and community with other parents of young children

Reduces common aches from caring for a young child such as low back, neck, and shoulder pain
