Flow Yoga Teacher Training II
The FYTT, Level II program is currently in session, Sept. 18, 2011 to May 5, 2013.
Individual components of the FYTT II program are open to additional registrants. Participants may receive Continuing Education Units, recognized by Yoga Alliance.

About the Program: The FYTT Level II program guides participants through a comprehensive study of yogic principles and the nature of the yogic process.
Over the course of twenty months, students hone their personal practice, their understanding, and hence, their teaching.
Participants are led by highly-skilled instructors with embodied practices.
Course time is spent on practice, study, and self reflection. Topics covered range from a practical survey of human anatomy to the nature of asana and alignment through the eyes of yoga therapeutics and through artful hands-on adjustments. Students will gain a deeper understanding of the science of yoga and explore of yoga history and philosophy and how it pertains to daily life.
This course is specifically designed for graduates of Barefoot Movement’s Level I, 200 hour training. Serious students, teachers and graduates of other teacher training programs are also very welcome to apply.
Successful completion of Barefoot Movement’s Level II FYTT program will allow students to upgrade from an RYT 200 to an RYT 500 designation through Yoga Alliance.
