Automatic Recurring Payments for Unlimited Classes

Terms for Automatic Recurring Payments for Unlimited Classes hereafter referred to as “Auto Payments” are as follows:

  1. Student is agreeing to pay a rate of $80 a month in exchange for participation in an unlimited number of classes for one month beginning on the date of payment.

  2. After an initial 3 months of automatic payments are made without interruption, student may pause the payments, as often as once per 6 months, for up to 3 months at a time.

  3. After an initial 3 months of automatic payments are made without interruption, student may cancel the Auto Payments. Notification to Barefoot Movement to cancel Auto Payments must be made at least 2 weeks prior to billing date, by email to: [email protected] . No refunds are given for partial months. If student needs to cancel the Auto Payments before the initial 3 payments are made without interruption, there will be a $20 fee applied to the credit/debit card on file. There is no charge for discontinuing payments after an initial 3 months of automatic payments are made without interruption.

  4. The initial $80 payment will be made at the time of the initiation of Agreement. Following payments will be made automatically on the same day of each month.

  5. Auto Payments is non-transferable.

  6. Barefoot Movement reserves the right to discontinue any Auto Payment agreement at any time, for any reason. Payment for any unused days will be refunded pro rata.

  7. The Barefoot Movement class schedule is subject to change.
